- Navigate to the profile section and add your club details and pitches.
To add exact pitch locations, click the location icon to the right and drag the pin. - Navigate to the tournament tab on the left.
- Click create tournament and fill out the details. This will create the fixture.
Remember to mark tournament as VL, if applicable
- Repeat for all tournaments you wish to show on the tournaments tab on the app
- Set up Stripe.
- Add your membership packages.
- Notify members that memberships can be bought through the app.
- Accept or reject members who buy memberships.
- To enable entry on Lineup, you first need to set up Stripe. Head to the members tab and then click ‘open stripe dashboard’ and follow the stripe onboarding flow.
If you already have a Stripe account, just login. - Enable entry on the ‘Tournament Setup’ page for each individual tournament.
- If you’d like to add different prices for members when entering tournaments, head to the membership tab. Go the plans section, and add the different memberships for your club. You can then either use Lineup for players to purchase their memberships through or add members yourself. When you go back to your tournament, you can then add the relevant prices for each type of membership.
You can set plans that enable different prices per tournament.
- Direct your players to search for the tournament they wish to enter on the Lineup App. They will input their team details as well as a billing email and the team’s availability. Entries are open until midnight on the day you’ve chosen a as the closing date.
You can reopen a tournament's entry by changing the tournament entry closing date. - When entering players can choose to either pay immediately or request an invoice. If requested this will be emailed to them automatically, and you can check the status of it either on the manage tournament page or through the stripe dashboard.
- Navigate to the tournament tab on Lineup Clubhouse.
- Find your tournament and click manage.
- Add team details for all teams.
You can also add team availability, which is helpful when building the draw, If teams have entered through Lineup, they will appear automatically - Add your tournament playdates.
- Add matches and any semi-finals and finals.
- Click publish
Voi-la! Your matches will appear on the app and your website, if you have a widget installed.
- Add pitches for each match, so players and spectators can find where to go.

- You can then see an automatically updating league table on the app.

- Once you know your teams for the knock-out rounds, navigate to the tournaments tab on the clubhouse and add them.
- These can also be added on the app when you are logged in with the same account.
- Make sure to keep the tournament on Lineup updated with any time or pitch changes.
