I can’t see the ‘scoring’ tab when i go to submit a report.
Delete and reinstall the app to make sure you have the latest version. If the problem persists get in touch with us here!
Nothing happens when I click ‘gallery’ to upload a match sheet.
Head to your phone’s settings, search ‘Lineup Polo’ and check if your permissions allow for uploading from the gallery.
I cant find the match that I’m umpiring
Go to main matches page and click on the right match. You can submit third man report from there too.
Once I submit the report, the result is not shared
Refresh the match page by clicking on the date at the top. It will show the result once it is submitted.
