Lineup is a digital platform designed to modernise and simplify polo organisation at all levels. Our objective is to connect clubs, players, umpires, associations and spectators through one intuitive tool. All information is published directly by the club, therefore all levels are accessible and global.
At Association level, it is imperative that you know what happens at games. The Lineup 3rd man reporting system allows for umpires to easily document what happens in games, including flags, player injuries, pony welfare issues, other breaks in play etc.
The umpires can also upload a picture of the physical match sheet used during the game, which can then be accessed by anyone in the association.
Easily track teams, umpires, flags and other reports accross entire tournaments using the tournaments tab. Compare fixtures to previous years and view match sheets submitted for individual matches.
This oversight allows your organisation to look out for issues within teams and to more easily spot players not following compliance.
Lineup's comprehensive system makes managing & allocating umpires easy. Simply add the umpire to their game, and they will receive a notification through the Lineup app. Any changes to the game made by the club, for example a pitch change or time change, will also send a notification to the umpire.
You can also track how many games each umpire has ref'd or 3rd manned, and Lineup automatically calculates the earnings for that tournament. In the umpire tab, you can keep track of each umpire's overall earnings, and see the total number of tournaments they have umpired at each level.
It is becoming increasingly important for governing bodies to have good oversight of player and pony injuries when playing their sport. The Lineup system makes it easy for umpires to report these straight after the game, and notifications can be sent to specific governing body staff to immediatly alert them.
When a player is marked as concussed, a switch is automatically applied meaning managers and the Governing Body are warned should they be due to play again. This also appears on the automatically generated match sheets.
Lineup can build custom widgets for your association dashboard, for example automatically calculating league points and standings, and displaying yellow and red flags.
